There will be a Cross Country Interest Meeting on May 30th, 2023 @ 8pm. You can access the meeting from this link (students will need to use their FCPS Credentials to log-in to Zoom). In this meeting we will discuss, requirements for joining the team, summer training, Green Day opportunities and more!

Hitting any of these times will guarantee acceptance to the team. We may choose to accept additional athletes based on total numbers that try out.
We are looking to hold Green Days throughout summer starting July 10th, MWF in the morning to beat the heat. New paperwork must be submitted in order to participate in Green Day opportunities over the summer and, athletes must fully register through this athletics website as well as have a new physical dated after 5/1/2023, submitted to the athletic trainer, Chris Hogge ( ).
