COMMUNITY MESSAGE

Legislation introduced in the Virginia General Assembly and recently signed into law will result in two significant changes to the athletic pre-participation examination (physical) requirements for FCPS student-athletes:

Beginning July 1, 2025, athletic physicals will be considered valid for a period of 14 months from the date the form is signed by the medical provider completing the exam. This is the date on page 3 of the VHSL Athletic Participation/Parent Consent/Physical Examination Form (revised January 2021).

Beginning May 1, 2025, FCPS student-athletes are EXPECTED to have athletic physicals completed on the new VHSL Athletic Participation/Parental Consent/Evaluation Form (revised April 2025).

Woodson Softball Summer Camp Registration
Camp is open to Rising 1^st through 9^th Graders

Welcome to the Woodson Softball Summer Camp!

Please fill out this form to register your child for which ever days of camp you select. The camp is open to rising 1st graders - rising 9th graders. There are 3 days of camp: each 9am-12pm with each day designated to specific skills. You can choose 1 day, 2 days, or all 3. $30/day - $90 for all 3 days. Mon 6/23 Day 1 - Hitting Tues 6/24 Day 2 - Fielding Wed 6/25 Day 3 - Pitching/Catching (open to beginners as well) Registration information & payment is needed prior to camp day(s).
